I’m not a handyman. One of our windows had a quarter-inch gap several inches long when closed, like the frame was too wide for the window at the bottom. Nate from Window Makeover quickly determined the problem: turned out to be a minor issue with a sash pivot pin. No pressure, no overselling – just a fast, honest, and friendly repair. If we have any window issues in future, I know when I call Window Makeover we’ll be treated right!
Professional, timely and they all fit well. What I really liked is they did not try to replace every window in the house, only the ones that needed it.
These guys did an amazing job. I didn’t think that my old windows were salvageable but wow, when they were done it was really nice. The service was really good also. This was a big project and there were a few hiccups as a result, but Window Makeover’s team communicated proactively and functionally and made everything right! That makes all the difference with me.
