We’ve used them for many years on several window projects and have always been satisfied. This was the biggest job yet. They did a fantastic job replacing our large foyer window at the front entrance and matched paint on the window trim and did extra painting of the front door and front porch trim. The job came in on time and on budget.

These people are fantastic. Our job wasn’t that big compared to a whole house window makeover. An exterior door, screen door and two windows. They do what they say, no BS pricing, from the sales person to the installers they worked very hard to make our experience successful. I used them once before on a small repair. They made three trips because the parts were difficult to get, made little money and provided excellent customer service like it was a big job. We definitely will use them again.

Tom was great. They were the only company out of a few that knew how to replace some fascia that got blown off our roof edge. They came out when they said they would and got the job done. They went above and beyond too, by leaving us a couple spare pieces incase we need some in the future. The wind here is brutal!

They were fast, clean, and efficient in installing a broken window at one of our rentals. They had a quote to me within just 2 days of calling and although the lead was promised 4-6 weeks, we had a brand new window installed in about 2 weeks! They were easy to work with on scheduling and would highly recommend them! They did several windows at our personal home a few years ago and were great then… and they still are!

My husband and I recently had the windows in our home serviced. We had a really good experience. The workmanship was great, the installer was professional, and the pricing was reasonable. And, I was especially impressed with the integrity of the estimator who visited our home which speaks volumes for their company. He could have easily exploited my lack of knowledge, recommending the more costly window replacements instead of the repairs he said was what was actually needed. He even told me that the window condensate we were experiencing was from my home’s humidifier being set too high and not broken seals as I initially thought. I adjusted the setting as he suggested and that problem within just a couple of days was gone. I really appreciated his truthfulness with me, and putting the customer’s needs first. We’ve had the work done; some balances replaced and weather stripping replaced throughout. Our home is so much warmer. Its amazing the difference and how immediate the difference. Thank you!

Kyle from Window Makeover came on March 27, 2025, to look at a couple windows that had lost their seal because of rotting wood sashes. He listened to what I wanted to do and put together a good plan: replace the double wood windows with a slider, and rebuild the single window. Jeff & Alex came on May 28, 2025, and did an excellent job of replacing the two windows. I appreciated their attention to detail!

We were in a need of replacing a broken window pane hit by a golf ball (terrible shot).
We contacted 6+ companies for this repair. None of these companies were willing to help. We finally were able to get Exteriors by Window Makerover come and follow up to fix our problem.
